Terms of Service
Effective: March 1, 2026
By using Greatest File Tools (“the Site,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. What we provide
Greatest File Tools provides free, browser-based file utilities — image converters, PDF tools, SVG editors, and more. All processing runs client-side in your browser. We do not store, receive, or transmit your files. The tools are provided free of charge, without registration or subscription.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Process files containing malware, exploits, or harmful code.
- Process files to which you do not own the rights or have authorization to process.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise attack the Site's infrastructure.
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
Because all processing is client-side, you are solely responsible for the files you work with and any outputs you produce.
3. Your files and intellectual property
You retain full ownership of any files you process using this Site. We do not receive, access, or claim any rights to your file content. Output files generated by the tools belong to you.
4. No warranty
The Site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the tools will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use them at your own risk and always verify important outputs.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greatest File Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the tools, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or errors in converted output. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not fully apply to you.
6. Third-party resources
Some tools optionally load libraries from third-party CDNs (such as jsDelivr) to enable advanced format support. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability or content. Loading optional codecs is always user-initiated and clearly indicated in the tool interface.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
