1. What these terms cover

These terms cover the website greatestfiletools.com and the file tools on it: image converters, PDF tools, SVG tools and similar utilities. The tools run in your browser; we don't receive your files. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.

The tools are free. There's no registration, subscription, payment or hidden fee, so no refund policy applies.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Process files containing malware, exploits, or harmful code.
• Process files you don't own the rights to or aren't authorized to process.
• Scrape the Site in bulk, or attack, overload or disrupt its infrastructure.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

You're welcome to inspect the Site's code and network traffic. Because the tools run on your device, you are responsible for the files you work with and any outputs you produce.

3. Your files and intellectual property

You keep full ownership of any files you process with the Site. We don't receive, access, or claim any rights to your file content. Output files the tools generate belong to you.

4. No warranty

The Site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the tools will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use them at your own risk and always check important outputs.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greatest Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the tools, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or errors in converted output. Some jurisdictions don't allow limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not fully apply to you.

6. Code and open-source libraries

All of the Site's code, including the libraries the tools use to process files, is served from greatestfiletools.com. Those libraries remain under their own open-source licenses, listed on How Greatest File Tools processes your files. The tools don't load code from any other domain; Google Analytics, if you accept it, is the only script the Site loads from another domain. If a tool ever needs code from another domain, we'll say so on the tool's page and in the privacy policy first.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
